Retro Computer Leasing

• Lease agreements are subject to availability and specific terms outlined at the time of leasing.
• You are responsible for ensuring the safe use and return of leased equipment. Any damages incurred during the lease period will be subject to fees for repair or replacement.

Setup and Maintenance

• Our team will provide installation and ongoing technical support for leased systems. We require reasonable access to your venue for initial setup and any scheduled maintenance.
• We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., power outages, third-party service issues).

Event Support

• Event support is provided based on agreed terms prior to the event. We require clear instructions and access for setup before the event start time.
• Cancellation fees may apply if the event is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services in a responsible manner, ensuring that all equipment is treated with care.
• Unauthorized modification, tampering, or disassembly of leased equipment is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence or improper use.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for leasing, setup, and event support services is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Collier Computers fails to provide the agreed services.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Collier Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
• Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the services in question.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled event will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the services have been delivered.
