Our website and services are intended for personal and commercial use. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Use our services to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our services.

2. Products and Services

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and features of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

All new custom-built computers come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Refurbished computers come with a 90-day warranty. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Software issues not related to hardware defects are not covered under the warranty.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Collier Computers, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our website, services, products, or any content on the website, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Collier Computers, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Florida.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our website and services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
